ESPN Match Ups Week 5

         NFL Match Up week 5

       Away                               Home

(3-1) @   (2-1)

Preview: Game of the Week! The New York Giants were unable to get the job done a week ago with the leagues reigning MVP Saquon Spin Move Barkley rushing for 179 yards. They will travel to Santa Clara California to take on the Niners who are coming off a bye week. They have had two weeks to prepare for the Giants offense, will that time be enough to slow them down.

 (0-3)      @          (1-3)

Preview: Both these teams are looking to get going in the right direction after disastrous starts to the season. Redskins Rookie Quarterback Kevin Holecek has struggled in the early parts of the season, but may have figured some things out. Look for the Rams however to lean heavily on the right arm of Jared Goff, as the Redskins Secondary has struggled stopping the pass.

 (1-3)      @           (3-1)

Preview: Don't look now but the Texans are leading the way in the AFC South, and look like they may be one of the early contenders. The Lions who ended last season on a positive note has stumbled out of the gates slowly this year, and will desperately look to win this game especially if they want to keep pace in the Brutal North.

 (0-4)       @           (0-3)

Preview: The Seahawks are under new ownership, and they have big shoes to fill. The last owner Papashaga only won the Super Bowl in his first season. Taking out a winless Dolphins team is the best way to get your feet wet in the league.

 (3-1)       @           (2-1)

Preview: The Pressure defense of the Raiders has given teams fits in recent weeks. The Jets at 2-1 are looking to finally make some noise in the AFC East, and winning at home against the favored Raiders will be a true test for this young team.

(1-2)       @           (4-0)

Preview: This North VS South match up will once again see the Falcons who are hot after a down season a year ago take on the New owner of the Vikings, Gunskilll- This is no easy match especially on the road, in your first game.

 (0-3)       @           (2-2)

Preview: Rivalry Game!!!! The Bengals at 0-3, and a ill onwer makes for another down year for the other team in OHIO. Sad times if your parents lived on the wrong side of the tracks, and you grew up rooting for the Bangles.

 (2-2)       @           (1-3)

Preview: Rivalry Game!!!! The Eagles are in second place for now.... That said at 1-3 unless a miracle happens the Cowboys will be right back in the thick of things. Christmas comes twice a year when Melblaze is on your schedule!

 (1-2)       @           (0-3)

Preview: The Broncos headcoach SplashinSimp is the new melblaze as he gives up points at an alarming rate. Look for the Panthers offense to get going this game, with at least 50 points scored.

(3-0)       @           (0-3)

Preview: Rivalry Game!!!!! The Saints at the time of this article has yet to win their game in week 4. Notice I said win, because that's all they do. 22 and counting, and now the winless buccaneers on the schedule means slaughter.

 (3-0)       @           (4-0)

Preview: This match up of two undefeated teams could easily have been game of the week. The Cardinals Feel like they finally have the team to compete, and this could be their yera. They will have a huge test as they take on last seasons Super Bowl loser the Bills.

 (1-2)       @           (3-1)

Preview: The Packers are coming off a huge win in week 4 as they took down the once undefeated Giants. They will look to not rest on their laurels however as the Titans are hungry for a win.

 (2-2)       @           (0-4)

Preview: Rivalry Game!!! the Chargers after a nice season a year ago has hit the proverbial wall this year, and I mean at 100 mph. at 0-4, and the Chiefs looking like they may be back after gutting their team in season 1 will be a hard match up for the Bolts.

 (2-2)       @           (3-1)

Preview: The Colts are trying to keep pace with the Texans in the AFC South, but nothing says hard game than when you look up and see Coach Tomman, and the Baltimore Ravens on your schedule. The key to this victory for the Ravens will be to slow down the Colts hard nosed run game .

NFASL AFC Preview Season 2020

On this edition of ESPNEWS We will focus in on the AFC and preview every team in the Conference. With the AFC losing in the Super Bowl they have now fell behind 16-11 in total Championship Banners hanging in the Hall of Champions. The most recent team to have that dubious honor was the Buffalo Bills, and their head coach OffensiveDom who has now lost his 6th Super Bowl. After having a good regular season finishing the 11-5, The Bills came up short to the eventual Super Bowl XXVII winner the New Orleans Saints.  The AFC played out much differently than the NFC with only the Cleveland Browns, 15-1, and the Oakland Raiders 13-3 having Dominant seasons. The remaining divisions went down to the wire, as their were several Divisions that ended on the final game of the regular season. It made for must see Football as the AFC was by far the more competitive conference. There were however teams who didn't do much of anything and will hope with the new season that they can turn their luck around. The Cincinnati Bengals 2-14, Denver Broncos 1-15, Miami Dolphins 2-14, and the New York Jets 5-11 will look for any positive sign that this 3rd season will not be a waste. In a league that pushes Parity these outliers only hope is that they do enough in the offseason to make a few necessary changes to their team. Without further adieu lets take a indepth look at all the Divisions in the AFC!

AFC North:

  • Cleveland Browns 15-1 Coach of the Team: RedskinsWAHOOO
  • Pittsburgh Steelers 10-6 Coach of the Team: Hac_3443
  • Baltimore Ravens 9-7 Coach of the Team: Tomman_Owns
  • Cincinatti Bengals 2-14 Coach of the Team: CJB9t9

Overview: The AFC North was easily won by the Cleveland Browns who finished up the Regular season at 15-1, for the second year in a row, but once again their head coach RedskinsWAHOOO failed to get it done in the big game. WAHOOO Now knows what it means to fail, so when he does win it all, and I'm sure he will it feel just all the more sweeter. Baker Mayfield is now a bonafide star, along with  Duke Johnson they have two of the 3 headed monsters. They have turned to small in statures Wide Receivers going speed instead of size. Their closest competition in the Division was the Steelers who made the playoffs behind a late season push has moved on from Ben Roethlisberger, LeVeon Bell, and Antonio Browns! Sacrilege if you're a fan of the team, however this is a what have you done for me lately league. The Baltimore Ravens are eagerly trying to make it to the post season after having finished the season 9-7, and missing the Playoffs for the second year in a row. Lamar Jackson is firmly entrenched as the Quarterback, Chris Thompson is plugged in at running back, and Martavis Bryant is the Starting WR opposite Keelan Cole. Not house hold names, but they will have to do. They are in a tough as nails with Offensive Juggernauts all around them. They will look to Super Star Nose Tackle Michael Pierce, MLB C.J. Mosley, FS Jimmy Smith, and SS Aqib talib to carry the day. The Final team in the Division is none other than the Cincinnati Bengals who at 2-14 finished 3 games worse than a season ago. The Bengals were able to score with the best of them, however they couldn't stop a anybody on Defense. Eric Berry, Chris Harris JR., Vontaze Burfict, Geno Atkins, and Carl Lawson, all have the task of putting up some resistance. If the Bengals can get that side of the ball together they could be one of the most Dangerous teams in the division

Commissioners Moons predictions:

  1. Cleveland Browns
  2. Baltimore Ravens
  3. Pittsburgh Steelers
  4. Cincinatti Bengals

AFC West:

  • Denver Broncos 1-15 Coach of the Team: SplashinSimp33
  • Kansas City Chiefs 6-10 Coach of the Team: JBoc27
  • Oakland Raiders 13-3 Coach of the Team: e30zack
  • San Diego Chargers 9-7 Coach of the Team: I757IMonster

Overview: The NFC west was easily won by the Oakland Raiders at 13-3 behind one of the most dominant performances in Footballs history racking up mind numbing sack numbers. The Raiders however faded in the post season and will once again go into the New Season looking for the right mixture of Offense, and Defense. Their closest competitor in the Division was the San Diego Chargers who put it together last year at 9-7. They missed the post season however but picked up some big names in the off season. Kirk Cousins is now in San Diego looking for a new start, after having failed miserably in Minnesota. Combine that with Melvin Gordon, nad A.J. Green, Jarvis Landry, and Keenan Allen the Chargers just might win the division this year! The Kansas City Chiefs had another disappointing year going 6-10, and will look to get back on track. Pat Mahomes, Kareem Hunt, and Sammy Watking is a good start, but they have been far from explosive as you would have thought. The Chiefs will look to kinda stood pat, and may be their undoing in the Division. The Final Team was the completely horrible Denver Broncos who at 1-15 made several moves in the offseason adding picks, and going with youth to get thigs turned around. They traded the #1 Draft pick to Washington who has so far been a bust, then went out and traded for Antonio Brown, to give 2nd year QB Conor Doering someone special to pass to. They then picked up Rookie LT Soma McFoy, LG Michael Afalava, in the draft to protect him. They also went youth on Defense in the Draft and added Ashley Adkins, to pressure opposing Quarterbacks. The Broncos have a long way to go, and a short time to do it in!

Commissioner Moons Predictions:

  1. Oakland Raiders
  2. San Diego Chargers
  3. Kansas City Chiefs
  4. Denver Broncos

AFC South:

  • Jacksonville Jaguars 8-8 Coach of the Team: PacificCowboy
  • Indianapolis Colts 6-10 Coach of the Team: Gaberooni54
  • Houston Texans 7-9 Coach of the Team: BigRY8
  • Tennessee Titans 10-6 Coach of the Team: Dominator1373

Overview: The NFC South was the most competitive Division by far in the League as theuse teams played each other tooth and Nail, and the division winner went down to the final 2 weeks of the season. When the smoke cleared it was only the Tennessee Titans who came out unscathed being the only team to make the post season. The Titans pretty much stood pat as they didn't want to tweak what had been working. They added WR Taywan Taylor through free agency, Drafted Deshaunt Langham at TE, and C Griffin Brezinksi to give the offense a little more Uuummpph! They will need it as the Jaguars at 8-8 have one of the most ferocious Defenses in all the league with stars at multiple positions. The Jagas missed the playoffs and will look to get back in their this season. Winning the Division is the most assured way of doing that. Nick Foles, Leonard Fournette, and young core of Wide Receivers D.J. Chark Jr, and DeDe Westbrook both will be integral to what they want to do moving forward. The Houston Texans made a major move up in the division finishing 7-9, but are still not quite their yet. They have the talent, Deshaun Watson, Lamar Miller, DeAndre Hopkins, J.J. Watt, Jadaveon Clowney just to name a few. Their is no excuse on earth for this team not to make a post season appearance. The final team in the division was the Indianapolis Colts who had a down year after finishing 10-6 a season ago. They will look to get back to what they do best and that's run the ball behind Nyheim Hines, and their domdominant offensive line only gettign better with the addition of Rookie Center Victor Bernal. I expect this division to once again come down to the final games of the regular season, so hold on to your hats!.

Commissioner Moons Predictions:

  1. Tennessee Titans
  2. Jacksonville Jaguars
  3. Houston Texans
  4. Indianapolis Colts

AFC East:

  • New England Patriots 10-6 Coach of the Team: ATK133
  • Miami Dolphins 2-14 Coach of the Team: Texas_92j
  • Buffalo Bills 11-5 Coach of the Team: OffensiveDom
  • New York Jets 5-11 Coach of the Team: TraylonaKanana

Overview: The AFC East was won narrowly by the Buffalo Bills who also made a deep post season run all the way to the Super Bowl where they finally lost to the eventual winner the New Orleans Saints. Back to the Drawing board as they say, meaning the Bills will once again be back at it banging the Drum. QB Josh Allen with a rifle for an arm, will be rookie Wide Receiver Paul Trul Luck, Breshad Perriman, and Day Jones along with the the big free agent acquistion TE AUstin Hooper. They will look for another year of growth from their Offensive Line with 4 out of the 5 starters all having 1 year of expererience. Dion Dawkins with 3 years is the old man of the group. The New England Patriots without Tom Brady saw their offensive production go down significantly, and their wins. With Tyrod Taylors ability to extend plays a gift and a curse they still managed to put up 10 wins, and a trip to the post season. They didnt make many moves in the Offseason or draft, which could be their undoing this year. The New York Jets at 5-11 had another supbpar season and is still looking for Sam Darnold to take control of the offense. They opted to go the experience rout at receiver with Golden Tate III 10 years, and Jermaine Kearse 8 years. Time will tell if theat is their undoing. The Jets defense is lead by Lavonte David who at MLB Will be call out the plays. He will also look to be a strong influence on Rookie ROLB Ivory Belton who the Jets have high hopes for rushing the quarterback. The Final Team in the division was the Miami Dolphins at who at 2-14 was a major Disappointment for the Faithful. That's a far cry from the newly crowned 19-0 New Orleans Saints. The Dolphins Drafted QB Christian Clausen, to give a pretty good Wide Receiver corp the Quarterback play they have sorely missed. The Dolphins were actually one of the better defensive teams so any points they can score could go a long way in turning their fortunes around.

Commissioner Moons Predictions:

  1. Buffalo Bills
  2. New England Patriots
  3. New York Jets
  4. Miami Dolphins
NFASL NFC Preview

On this edition of ESPNEWS We will focus in on the NFC and preview every team in the Conference. The New Orleans Saints had unquestionably one of the greatest season in the history of the NFASL going a perfect 16-0 in the regular season, and then capping it off with a Super Bowl XXVII win over the Buffalo Bills. The Saints head coach SilentCloudx hung his first banner in the Hall of Champions, and with the way he went through the league might be the first of many! The Saints Hall of Champions Ceremony will be coming later in the week. The NFC was top heavy as you had some serious contenders with teams like the Dallas Cowboys 14-2, New York Giants 13-3, Chicago Bears 14-2, San Francisco 49ers,  and the Green Bay Packers at 12-4. However whenever you have a team top heavy you have a bottom half like no other. A team like the Tampa Bay Buccaneers comes to mind who pretty much had the opposite season of the Saints going 0-16 on the year. A few other teams that had tumultous seasons are of course Melblaze and the Eagles going 1-15, Detroit Lions 3-13, Minnesota Vikings 4-12, Los Angeles Rams 6-10, Atlanta Falcons 6-10, and the Washington Redskins 7-9 after starting the season 6-1. As with all new seasons Hope Springs Eternal, and the teams at the bottom, have only one way to go and that's up. Without further adieu lets take a indepth look at all the Divisions in the NFC!

NFC North:

  • Chicago Bears  14-2 Coach of the Team: THE--BEST-EVER
  • Minnesota Vikings 4-12 Coach of the Team: Mrt757
  • Green Bay Packers 12-4 Coach of the Team: DinoHontos
  • Detroit Lions 3-13 Coach of the Team: Hitskah

Overview: The Chicago Bears got back on track this season after ceding the Division to the Packers a year ago. The Bears were one of the most dangerous teams in the league, however finally met their match in the Playoffs to the Eventual Winner New Orleans Saints. The Bears are lead by Quarterback Mitchell Trubisky, who throws to great players like Allen Robinson, and Adam Thielen. They will look to keep their most fierce competitior the Green Bay Packers at Bay, and were in a fight for the Division all season long a year ago. The Packers will always have a chance as they have Aaron Rodgers, and one of the best secondaries in the game. The Bottom half of the Division was filled with the Minnesota Vikings who released Kirk Cousins after a disastrous tenure a season ago. The Vikings will hand the Keys to Future Hall of Fame Quarterback Ben Roethlisberger the big Free agent acquisition in the Off Season. The Final team in the Division was the Detroit Lions who had a season to forget. The Lions were openly talking about moving on from Matthew Stafford but were unable to move him thanks to his contract. The North should be one of the more interesting Divisions especially if the Vikings, and Lions teams that are not devoid of talent show up this year

Commissioners Moons predictions:

  1. Chicago Bears
  2. Green Bay Packers
  3. Detroit Lions
  4. Minnesota Vikings

NFC West:

  • Seattle Seahawks 4-12 Coach of the Team: PapaShaga
  • San Francisco 49ers 12-4 Coach of the Team: kaliko_420
  • Arizona Cardinals 8-8 Coach of the Team: QB11KC
  • Los Angeles Rams 6-10 Coach of the Team: The_Vin_360

Overview: The NFC west was won by the brash owner of the San Francisco who literally put his money where his mouth was. With Major Signing a season ago panning out, such as leveon Bell, and Tyreek Hill the Niners felt that they could score with anyone, and they did just that. However their defense was much to be desired as they made several moves to bolster it this year. The Niners moved heaven and earth to land the leagues #1 pick in the draft grabbing stud Corner Telvin Farmer out of LSU. They then moved Deion Sanders Jr. to the Safety position which now gives them one of the most formidable defenses in the league. They will need it as the Cardinals took a step in the right direction a year ago, and will look to build on a 8-8 season this year. They are hoping another year in the system coach QB11KC will make a serious move of overtaking the Niners who has become their most hated rival. The Rams took a major step back after going 6-10 last year, after a season ago going 13-3. The Rams will look to get back on track as their stock pile of talent is nothing to sneeze at. The Final Team in the division is the Seattle Seahawks  who at 4-12 a year after winning the Super Bowl, won in life having gotten married. He should be back this season, which could make the NFC West the absolute toughest in Football.

Commissioner Moons Predictions:

  1. Seattle Seahawks
  2. San Francisco 49ers
  3. Arizona Cardinals
  4. Los Angeles Rams

NFC South:

  • New Orleans Saints 16-0 Coach of the Team: SilentCloudx
  • Carolina Panthers 12-4 Coach of the Team: criticalnews2
  • Atlanta Falcons 6-10 Coach of the Team: ATLorDIE404
  • Tampa Bay Buccaneers 0-16 Coach of the Team: JoeMoney405

Overview: The NFC South is home to the Super Bowl XXVII winning New Orleans Saints! Finishing the season at 16-0, they made a mockery of the NFASL, and it all started with this division. You play your Division rival twice a year, so losing both games should not be something to take lightly. The only hope this season is that the Saints have moved on from Super Bowl Winning Quarterback Drew Brees, giving the Keys to rookie Nate St. Clair. They have a chink in their armour, and the rest of the division has to take advantage. The Carolina Panthers took a major step forward last season going 12-4. The Panthers have a complete team with a super Star playing quarterback in Cam Newton who is only getting better. They will look to overtake the Saints if possible as they have a distinct advantage in the signal calling department. The Atlanta Falcons just in time had a down year going 6-10, after having a 12 win season a year ago. That spells danger for the league, because the Falcons are one of the most up and down teams in the league. I fully expect them to make a deep playoff run. They Still have Julio Jones, Matty Ice, and Devonta Freeman all the pieces to cause sudden bouts of angst for any opposing defense. The Final team in the Division are the Tampa Bay Buccaneers who at 0-16 had a all time horrible season. They are trying to move on from Jameis Winston however his talent might be just too much for what they are thinking of in terms of Rookie QB Trey Portilla. Look for Winston to win his starting job back at some point this season.

Commissioner Moons Predictions:

  1. New Orleans Saints
  2. Atlanta Falcons
  3. Carolina Panthers
  4. New Orleans Saints

NFC East:

  • New York Giants 13-3 Coach of the Team: Active-_Shooter
  • Washington Redskins 7-9 Coach of the Team: Newmoon001
  • Dallas Cowboys 14-2 Coach of the Team: DynesTrio33
  • Philadelphia Eagles 1-15 Coach of the Team: MelBlaze3521

Overview: The NFC East was won by the Dallas Cowboys who looked like they might just be ready for Prime time, and their first Super Bowl Win in the NFASL. Alasl they will have to wait another year, as they fell short in the playoffs. with a monstrous O-line, and Ezekiel Elliott causing nightmares to opposing defenses the Cowboys are one of the most balanced teams in the league. Their closest competition in the Division are none other than the New York Giants. The Giants had the leagues Rushing leader, MVP, and Receptions leader on their offense, and fully expect to do the same thing this year. They put up a valiant fight in the playoffs and were just a play or two away from making a Super Bowl run themselves. The Washington Redskins started the season on a high note, going 6-1 out of the gate but ended the season on a 8 game losing streak coming back to earth in glorious fashion. They traded the entirety of their draft to move up to the #3 pick to select College Standout KEVIN HOLECEK!!!! Lets see if his big arm can be just what the doctor ordered. The final Team in the Division are Melblaze and the Eagles going 1-15 with some of the best talent in the game. They have wasted another year, and most likely unless a miracle happens wastes this one also.

Commissioner Moons Predictions:

  1. New York Giants
  2. Dallas Cowboys
  3. Washington Redskins
  4. Philadelphia Eagles
NFASL Off Season Activities

ESPN Breaking News The NFASL Rookie Draft is tonight Sunday November 18th, 2018 @ 8pm EST. Be there or don't, but were going!

On this edition of ESPNEWS it's a Draft Day Blowout! Fortunes will be made, and Teams will rise and fall with the moves that they make here. The San Francisco 49ers are on the Clock as they have the Number 1 overall pick in the Draft, and the world is their oyster. Word is the Niners have beein working out several College Corners, and safeties, but no one is sure of who General Manager Kaliko is going to take. He moved a mountain to obtain the #1 pick in a trade, so expect the player they select to make a splash for the Niners Franchise for several years to come.   With the Draft tonight November 18th, 2018 at 8pm est it will be a great time for multiple players, and fan bases.

Free agency has also come and gone with several teams backing up the brinks truck and signing players to massive deals that should reverberate throughout the league. By all accounts this was a weak free agent class, so that means the players who were signed were at a premium, and got some massive deals because of it. Major Moves occurred via trades, big names were cut Such as Drew Brees having arguably the best season in history to now looking for a job after having gone 19-0 and winning the Super Bowl for the New Orleans Saints. If you don't know that this is a business, then that move should make it all the more clear Some of the biggest names that landed in new areas were:

  • RE Randy Gregory Signed by the Pittsburgh Steelers 3 years 21 Million
  • WR Demaryius Thomas Signed by the Indianapolis Colts2 years 14 Million
  • TE Austin Hooper Broke the Bank signing for 3 years 51 Millions Buffalo Bills
  • QB Kirk Cousins Signs 1 year deal with the Chargers 10.8 Million
  • TE Eric Ebron made high Value with the Vikings signing for 3 years 26 Million
  • QB Ben Roethlisberger will finish out his career in Minnesota signing a 3 year 56 Million dollar contract
  • TE Austin Sefarian-Jenkins got about as much money as his name in scrabble signing with the Atlanta Falcons 3 years 26.8 Million

The Draft is nearly here and the College Players are ready to take that next step to the Pro Level. With this being one of the most Quarterback laden Drafts in history this could be a new dawn for names in the league. Will it be Leonard, Kuehl, and Clausen over taking the names of Brady, Montana, and Manning, or will teams crumlbe and fall looking for the next best thing. However the unsure thing as the NFL Draft is a cruel Mistress. The San Francisco 49ers have the top pick, and we have discussed it in detail. Lets take a look at The other top picks in the draft belong to these teams.

  1. San Francisco 49ers
  2. Oakland Raiders
  3. Washington Redskins
  4. Miami Dolphins
  5. Arizona Cardinals
  6. Philadelphia Eagles
  7. Detroit Lions
  8. Seattle Seahawks
  9. Dallas Cowboys
  10. Atlanta Falcons

With teams slotted to draft in their positions, and several teams making moves to get into the top 10 this should be one of the most interesting drafts in quite some time. All eyes are on Coach Kaliko who will be drafting 1st right out the gate!

The Draft is tonight November 18th, 2018 @ 20:00 Hour EST. Ole Miss, and UCLA are is proud to send 2 players from their schools with first round potential, and  who are expected to be drafted in the top ten picks. Once again the San Francisco 49ers are on the clock for now but things change in an instant in the NFASL. Lets take a Look at my top 10 players in the draft.

Name Position School Height Weight
Raymond Leonard QB Louisville 6'5 225
Immanuel Kuehl QB Pittsburgh 6'5 227
Christian Clausen QB Ole Miss 6'3 229
Ashley Adkins RE Ole Miss 6'7 293
Bruce GoCung QB UCLA 6'3 229
Tramon Hubbard RE UCLA 6'5 294
DaVonte Wofford FS Oregon 5'11 228
Nate St. Clair QB Tennessee 6'3 259
Tahraun Hennings LE Michigan St. 6'3 259
Trey Portilla QB UCLA 6'4 224

These 10 players are the creme of the crop in my opinion, and will make any team that selects them better for it. Look for Major Moves this draft, as there are several teams with gaping holes.  Also don't forget on this rendition of Madden they actually have a workable draft board so you do not have to be present to get the players you want in the draft. If you are unawares, I will try to explain it to you here.

  • Go to scouting in the League,
  • once you target a player that you like you have to press the (Triangle) button to add them to your draft board. *Please note it can be as many players as you want
  • Once you have added the players to your draft board, you can move them up and down based in order of priority to draft.
  • If the #1 player on your list to draft is there when your franchise comes up to bat, it will auto-draft that player for you.

That means we no longer have to wait for a set time for the Draft which will allow us to get in a 5th season this Madden. If you have any questions please text me, and I will explain it further. All things point toward this Friday Night being a big day for the NFASL!

Holy Saints!

Super Bowl XXVII. Miami, FL. In the NFASL Super Bowl XXVII The New Orleans Saints are Perfect defeating the Buffalo Bills 25-12! The Saints finished the season a perfect 19-0 an incredible feat cementing themselves as arguably the best team in the History of the NFASL! They have done what the 1972 Dolphins did, and the New England Patriots before a David Tyree Miracle catch off the Helmet. The WhoDat Nation are the Champs, and we were all here to witness. The Saints were lead by their defense with Super Bowl MVP Jason Crutchfield intercepting Josh Allen 3 times in the first half. With the Defense playing lights out it was Drew Brees and the offense controlling the clock, and putting points on the board. Brees finished with a game high 265 yards, and a touchdown. Brees had help with halfback Alvin Kamara rushing for 72 yards on 13 carries, and 2 touchdowns one late to cement the win.

The Saints were very balanced on offense with Tre'quan Smith having 5 catches, and a touchdown, Andrew Vollert hauling in 5 catches, Michael Thomas, grabbing 4 cathces, and Cameron Meredith grabbing 3.

The Buffalo Bills, and their headcoach Offensivedom had a game to forget as 4 first half interceptions was the teams undoing. Quarterback Josh Allen found things danger close on multiple throws, coupled with being under pressure all game to the tune of 5 sacks, and 5 interceptions meant that the Bills were doomed from the start. The Bills Breshad Perriman, seemingly the only person who came to play had 5 cathes for 107 yards in the loss. The Bills will look to next year to get back to this point, hopefully this time taking home the hardware.

The New Orleans Saints were coached by SilentCloudx, one of the leagues Newest member, and now our best as he stands above all as Super Bowl Winner, and newest inductee into the Hall of Champions!

Lets have a conversation with Super Bowl XXVII winner Coach SilentCloudx:

  • You did it! You won Super Bowl XXVII, what was your gameplan going in?

Really when I play a game my gameplan doesn't really start until maybe my second drive of the game. Use a few plays to figure my opponents defense, and offense out then use what I know can work. I always make careful read, he got me on that one user though.

  • You finished the season undefeated, the 1972 Dolphins couldn't pop their champagne, howe does it feel?

Feels great to get Drew that second ring! I hope he doesn't retire, I wanna play another season and try to get two undefeated Seasons.

  • The defense sacked Josh ALlen several times, and intercepted him 4 times in the first half. What did you tell your team to start the game?

Tried to make sure my defense is always in the right place to make the right plays. My Rookie Corner Back, Jason Crutchfield really showed out with 3 interceptions!

  • You are the undisputed champ!! The Floor is yours, do you have a message for the rest of the league?

My Message to the league is Y'all better watch out cause i'm ready to get back to back Rings!

Commissioners Newmoons thoughts:

Coach SilentCloudx has made his mark in the league, one that cannot be overlooked for all time. Going 19-0 in the NFASL is no small feat, especially this Madden where crazy poo just happens. It's good to see that two of the newest members of the league has posted back to back Super Bowls with Papashaga, and the Seahawks last season, and now SilentCloudx, and the New Orleans Saints this one. That seems to be a tradition in the league as the new members somehow wipe the floor with us, and then slowly but surely come back to Earth IE: Justin Downs who is looking mighty ordinary lately =) The League is in Good hands it seems as these pedigree of players will make us all pick up our levels or continue to get the donkey punched for several more seasons!

The New Orleans Saints will be enshrined into the Hall of Champions to be ever remembered as the Team that won Super Bowl XXVII, On November 15th, of our Lord 2018.  The New Orlenas Saints were a mind blowing 16-0, under the Tutelage of coach SilentCloudx, whom has hung his 1st banner, in his 2nd season of the NFASL. Not many people can say that, and he should wear that mantle proudly. Once again Congratulations on your Super Bowl Victory! As always this has been a Sim Athletics Network Production. It's been grand, God Bless you all, and see you Next season!

NFASL Super Bowl XXVII Preview

The NFASL Super Bowl XXVII is here! The 16-0 New Orleans Saints, will take on the 11-5 Buffalo Bills. The Saints were the best team in the league finishing the season with a perfect record. They take on a Bills Team that is battle tested, and proven as their head coach has a Banner hanging in the Hall of Champions, and once again find themselves for the 7th time playing in the leagues biggest game! The Saints started their playoff run in the Divisional Round blowing out the New York Giants 45-25. Then in Conference Championship they shut down the Chicago Bears with a 38-14 rout. The Bills had to take the tougher road to the Super Bowl as they had to play in the Wild Card Round, and found themselves in a battle with the Steelers, one in which the Bills won 22-16, In the Divisional Round the Bills blew out the Raiders 34-7, and in the Conference Championship they took on their Division Rival the New England Patriots winning that game 21-16.  Now both these teams find themselves in the biggest game in the world, the Super Bowl but only one can win it!  Congratulations to both these coaches, and teams. To the Victor goes the spoils!

Preview: Super Bowl, XXVII. is Finally here!! Two teams will be looking to hang banners in the Hall of champions, and we are assured a new defending champion as Last years team did not make the playoffs. The 1972 Dolphins are also eagerly looking at this game as the 2019 edition of the New Orleans Saints has as a  chance to do something that has only been done once in the History of Football. That is win every single game in the Regular season finishing 16-0, and then going on to win the Super Bowl.  The Saints have the leagues 7th ranked offense lead by Future Hall of Famer Drew Brees. They also have one of the games best young talents in Alvin Kamara, and a dominant wide receiver that make up a big 3 in N'Awlins. The Saints boast the leagues 10th ranked defense one in which saw them rack up 60 sacks, and 38 interceptions.  where the NFASL is and the two teams are the 15-1 Cleveland Browns taking on the equally dominant 15-1 Seattle Seahawks. These two teams are very evenly matched with supreme talent on both sides of the ball. The Seahawks have the leagues 4th rated offense, while the Browns have the leagues 5th. Defense is no different as only mere yardage separate these two teams. The Browns have the leagues 3rd best defense, and the Seahawks have the Leagues 4th. If you don't think this is a all time match up in the NFASL, you don't know what football is Saints 7th in total offense, 10th in total defense Bills 13 in total defense, 18th in total offense.

The Buffalo Bills are the underdog in this game, however they will lean on past experiences the good and the bad to see them through what many believe are their toughest opponent. The Bills have the leagues 10th best offense lead by Josh Allen who does not have the pedigree of Drew Brees, nor the legacy, however a head to head match up in the biggest game of the year could go a long way towards building it up. The Bills will look to slow down that Saints offensive team with the leagues 13th ranked defense one in which saw them muster 64 sacks, 30 interceptions, and a mind erasing 13 forced Fumble recoveries.

The Hall of Champions is the prize, with Silent Cloud trying to hang his First Banner in the Hall of Champions, and the Coach of the Bills OffensiveDom trying to hang his second! Good Luck to you Both in Super Bowl XXVII!

NFASL Championship round

The NFASL Championship Round is underway, and we can only hope the games were as good as the Divisional Round that was full of excitment, and upsets. In the AFC The New England Patriots Will take on their bitter Divisional Rival the Buffalo Bills.  While over in the NFC the Chicago Bears will take on Drew Brews, and the New Orleans Saints. The Patriots Defeated the Tennessee Titans in the Wildcard round, the highly favored Cleveland Browns in the Divisional Round, and now their toughest task will be against their hated Rival, the Bills! The Chicago Bears were also a Wildcard team and had a few signature wins to get to this point. They defeated Aaron Rodgers, and the Green Bay Packers in the Wildcard round, Ezekiel Elliott, and the Dallas Cowboys in the Divisional round. Their Door Prize now is the 16-0, Drew Brees lead New Orleans Saints!  The prize is there, all one has to do it is just grab it!.

Preview: Orchard Park, NY. When you have Two teams that have already played each other two times in the regular season you know that the blood will be boililng, making this a game that is not for the feint of heart. The Buffalo Bills won the Division, but the Patriots were hot on their heels. Both these teams were not picked to be in this position, however now that they are we could not hope for a better match up. Josh Allen, vs the fleet of Foot Tyrod Taylor is not something you thought would be head lining the Championship game in the Playoffs, yet here we are! These two teams are very familiar with one another, which means this could be a close game with the victory going to the team who makes the least amount of mistakes!

Wrap Up: New Orleans, LO. The New Orleans Saints at 16-0 are the representive for the NFC East in Super Bowl XXVII after crushing the Chicago Bears 38-14! The Bears 4 super Bowl winning headcoach Just Dicks JD was thoroughly outcoached, and took his worst playoff loss in his brief history of the NFASL. The Saints were lead by Super Star Quarterback Drew Brees who threw for 302 yards, with 3 touchdowns in the win. The Saints Defense also came to play as they harrassed Bears Quarterback Mitchell Trubisky all night long holding him to a season worse 139 yards, with 4 touchdowns, and 8 sacks! The Bears were unable to get anything going on offense, which made for a banner day for the Saints Defensive Unit. The Saints will await the winner of the Bills, Patriots game to see if they can be the second undefeated Super Bowl winning team in the NFASL!

AFC Playoff Picture: Tomman Edition

On this edition of ESPNEWS, the playoff picture for the AFC will be the focus. The Cream of the crop in the conference are the Cleveland Browns, sitting pretty at 13-0 as of week 14. As for the rest of the AFC, several teams are battling for wild card spots. The final 4 weeks of the season will have nothing but drama, trash talking, and crucial matchups to clear this playoff picture. Let’s take an in-depth look at the current state of affairs I the AFC.

AFC West:

  • Oakland Raiders 10-3, remaining games: vs. Patriots, @ Broncos, @ Jaguars
  • Los Angeles Chargers 7-6, remaining games: vs. Titans, @ Vikings, vs. Broncos

Overview: The Raiders are 3 games ahead of the Los Angeles Chargers in the division, and with a 2 game sweep head to head over the Chargers, so the division is all but clinched. The Chargers do however have a shot at the playoffs via the wild card. With 3 games against opponents at or below their record, a 3-game winning streak could propel the Chargers and Coach Jerms to a playoff berth in his first under the helm. As for Coach Zack and the Raiders, it looks as if the 2 seed is where they’ll finish. Which is good news for the reeling Raiders, due to the fact that the team did not perform in their matchup with the undefeated Cleveland Browns. Let’s see how far these two teams make it in the playoffs.

AFC North:

  • Cleveland Browns 13-0, remaining games: vs. Bills, vs. Dolphins, @ Ravens
  • Baltimore Ravens 8-5, remaining games: @ Bengals, vs. Steelers, vs. Browns
  • Pittsburgh Steelers 7-6, remaining games: vs. Rams, @ Ravens, vs. Bengals

Overview: In the AFC North, it’s the same as last season, with the Browns dominating this season at 13-0, and the Ravens and Steelers fighting for the wild card. Last season, only the Browns made the postseason, which ended in Super Bowl XXVI. This year, the Ravens control their own destiny in order to make the playoffs after missing the dance last season. Coach Hunter and the Steelers are also in the thick of the playoff race but have found themselves on the wrong side of the scoreboard in recent weeks, currently suffering a 3-game losing streak. The timing could not have come at a worse time for Steeler fans. A pivotal week 16 matchup in Baltimore will either put a fork in the Steelers season, or provide a key second victory over a tough Raven team. The Ravens and Coach Tomman have their work cut out for them if they want a chance at the playoffs. After a road tilt with the Bengals, Baltimore hosts the Steelers and Browns in consecutive weeks.

AFC South:

  • Tennessee Titans 7-6, Remaining games: @ Chargers, @ Colts, vs. Chiefs
  • Indianapolis Colts 5-7, Remaining Games: vs. Chiefs, @ Jaguars, vs. Titans, @ Texans
  • Jacksonville Jaguars 5-7 remaining games: vs. Falcons, vs. Colts, @ Texans, vs. Raiders

Overview: The AFC South is an absolute toss up yet again. As it stands right now the Tennessee Titans have a 1 game lead over the Indianapolis Colts and the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Titans are coming off a big home victory over the Steelers and Coach Dom wants nothing more than to ride that momentum to a division title. But should the Titans slip up at the end of the season against the Colts, they could be jolted out of the playoff picture entirely. The Jaguars are the ugly stepchild of the muddled division, possibly winning the division if they can win out and get help from Titan losses.

AFC East:

  • Buffalo Bills 8-5, Remaining Games: @ Browns, vs. Bengals, @ Jets
  • New England Patriots 7-5, Remaining Games: @ Redskins, @ Raiders, @ Jets, @ Dolphins

Overview: Don’t look now but we have a tight race for the AFC East. Buffalo is fresh off a 24-21 loss to Coach Tomman and the Baltimore Ravens and with a Patriot win this week, could be tied atop the division. The Bills own the tie breaker, as they have won both head to head matchups. However, the Bills take on the Browns next week and with a loss coupled with a win by the Patriots, they could be delegated to a wild card spot. The patriots don’t exactly have a simple path to the playoffs either. With 4 road games to end the season, the schedule makers were not kind to coach ATK. The Pats need to win 3 out 4 to make the playoffs. The fortunate fact is that the other wild card contenders have lost head to head against the Patriots, so they control their own destiny.

Playoff Seeding as of now:

  1. Cleveland Browns – 13-0
  2. Oakland Raiders – 10-3
  3. Buffalo Bills – 8-5
  4. Tennessee Titans – 7-6
  5. Baltimore Ravens – 8-5 (Wildcard)
  6. New England Patriots – 7-5 (Wildcard)

Overview: The Cleveland Browns are the subject of this weeks Team Spotlight in the NFASL, and for good reason. The Browns are 11-0, and look like the team that will represent the AFC in this years Super Bowl XXVII. That would be an impressive feat afer last years loss to the hands of the Seattle Seahawks. To avoid the Super Bowl Hangover, and look better than you did a season ago is impressivee to say the least. The Browns are lead by headcoach RedskinsWAHOOO who is looking to hang his first banner in the Hall of Champions. That has been a feat that has eluded him in his storied career in the NFASL. Storied may be a bridge too far until he captures that one final thing that has eluded him in several seasons. However this team looks like the one that could get it done.

The Cleveland Browns  are one of the oldest franchises in the NFL, and have been through ups, and downs in their history. They hit a down point in recent history, and because of it have had the chance to pick first in the NFL Draft. Those Picks have been Myles Garrett, and Baker Mayfield. When you hit a homerun on two of your #1 Draft Picks you can fully expect your station in the league to change. Change it did as these two players are lynch pins of the Browns Resurgence to a Super Bowl Contender. The Browns have the #3 overall offense in the NFASL accumulating 4086 yards in only 11 games. They also have the Leagues best rushing defense behind stand out running back Duke Johnson who has a league high 1285 yards on the ground. Couple a strong run game with a highly capable Quarterback in Mayfield and you can see where the issues are for opposing defenses.

The Browns only achilles Heel are their defense as they are ranked near the bottom of the league in yards given up as they play a more bend but don't break defensive style. however that could come back to haunt them come playoff time as the offenses that they will face are the leagues best. Betting on not letting teams score could be a down side to what they want to have happen. They have Joe Schobert patrolling the Middle 2nd in the league in interceptions with 12. Schobert isn't recognized with being one of the leagues best, but it's no doubt that he is. Schoberts Ballhawking abilities, coupled with a ferocious pass rush at 3rd in the league at 57 on the season no doubt makes this one of the most dangerous teams in all of Football.

Commissioner Newmoons Thoughts: In Closing I will say the Browns behind Wahooo will go as far as his emotions allow him to go. The Browns headcoach is one of the angriest people I have ever met, and until he channels that emotion in a more positive way losing in the big game could be his M.O. Losing several Super Bowls already, can become an albatross to any player. However it's always darkest before the Dawn, and when, or if he finally does break through it will feel that much more incredible. Congratulations RedskinsWAHOOO on your team Spotlight.

       Away                               Home

(5-5) @   (4-5)

Preview: Game of the Week! Rivalry Game!!!! Expectations were high for the AFC South going into this season but these teams have fallen more short of that than ATK's cheerleading skirt. Somebody will have to win this division and it will be a close race to the end but just in a different way than we thought. For the Colts its been a problem of offense and putting enough scoring drives together as they rank 24th in offense. Their defense isn't good enough to make up for a bottom 10 offense. The Jags just need to be consistent and they can turn their season around. They are up and down which shows in their 5-5 record and middle of the pack offense and defense. That all being said I expect this one to be a close game until the end with whoever has the ball last winning. Jags come into this game with momentum after a 3 point win against their division rival, hothead coach Dom and his underperforming Titans.

 (6-4)      @          (8-1)

Preview: This could easily be the GOTW as well. These 2 are true rivals and there will be no shortage of madden trash talking, along with fat jokes and gay jokes before and after this game is done. Young trash talking ATK backed up his talk last Madden when he took his earned place into the Hall of Champions shutting up his biggest naysayers like Hunter,Shooter and Tom. But that was last Madden, this madden he couldn't capitalize in the playoffs on his lone season with Brady, as he got more chewed up in the Dawg Pound by RedskinsWahoo then one of Michael Vick's dogs. The Giants come into this game with the 3rd raned offense led by argubably the best duo in the league, Odell and Saquon. These 2 have looked unstobbable and it will be up to ATK's 13th ranked defense to contain them because their offense has been nothing special. The Giants also have a top 10 defense to go along with Kaliko's type of explosive, offense. However, one thing Coach ATK has over Coach Shooter, besides being able to do a lab around a track, is that all so real chapionship pedigre. He will need it here or it could get ugly.

 (1-9)      @           (6-4)

Preview: Rivalry Game!!!! With the Bills eyeying the playoffs this is a game they have to just take care of business. Dolphins are in the midst of a rebuilding process and are looking foward to the offseason. If Bills let Dolphins hang around the Phins wouldn't mind hurting their division foe's playoff chances. That being said, I doubt it. Bills win pretty easily here.

 (2-8)       @           (4-6)

Preview:The Texans are coming off a shocking upset and dismantling of the then hot of Coach Zack's Oakland Raiders soon to be Vegas Gamblers. They still need a Doug Flutie hail Mary to pull off a playoff bid but at least they are taking momentum into next year for youmg upcoming star Qb Deshaun Watson. The Bengals had an impressive against the Patriots early in the season but thats about it. They don't have much to gain by winning this one. Expect the starters to be "resting."

 (6-4)       @           (10-0)

Preview:This game is bigger for the Cardinals than the scorching hot undefeated Saints. The Cardinals are bringing in their highflying number 1 offense to the Superdome to challenge the Saints number 6 ranked defense. A lot of eyes will be on this one as we witness an unstoppable force meeting an immovable object. Something has got to give here and the Cards Coach hopes it’s not them as they have little margin for error in the crowded NFC. The Cards lost the 49ers last week and to make things worse, photos of Coach Collins drinking habits were leaked after the game. This brought back shades of draft bust and playboy Matt Leinhart for Cardinals fans. I can't blame coach for having a good time, hell, coach Dom hasn't been the same user since he stopped hearing the all so frequent sound of "chugg, chugg, chugg" so its PEDs for some users but Coach Collins will need a loud win this week to go with his loud lifestyle. Coach Hendrixx is the latest first year coach to have success in NFASL as we coach Kelly's Seahawks hang up a banner last season. Will these Saints do the same? Certainly on track too.

(2-7)       @           (5-5)

Preview: NFASL great Coach Tom has not reached his level of play that he is used this Madden so far as he is having a hard time figuring out how to utilize playmaker,Heisman winner and possibly the next Mike Vick, Lamar Jackson. When Coach Tom figures it out the AFC should look out because there are not many more dangerous players than Jackson. Coach Kelly has had to take a leave of absence this season and could not defend his title. Will he be another coach like Kaliko and Dom? A one hit wonder who has to dig up their 1 ring, to show the last time they were relevant in a Superbowl conversation. We will have to wait and see.

 (0-9)       @           (4-6)

Preview: Speaking of coach Dom, he is coming off a devastating loss in OT to Coach Stew and the Jaguars. Coach Dom will have to figure out how to defend the deep ball if the Titans are going to make a run. Coach Dom has talked about benching safety Kenny Vaccaro so thats something to watch going foward. Good thing going for the Titans is they have a balanced attack that led them to a top 10 offense. The Buccs are another team looking foward to the offseason expect no resistance for the Titans here.

 (3-7)       @           (7-2)

Preview: Coach Traylon and the Jets are no rollover but this is a game coach Moon and the suprising Skins have to take care of to keep pace with the Cowboys and Giants. The skins are coming off a tough loss to the Bears with Alex Smith throwing a game ending pick at the end with the Skins having a chance to win. The Skins have a team built for the playoffs with leagues' number 1 defense and a balanced attack on offense. The only problem is that even at 7-2 the skins have a rough road to making the playoffs.

 (3-6)       @           (7-3)

Preview: Rivalry Game!!!! After a controversial offseason Coach Kaliko has responded to the critics by having a 7-3 record and looking like a strong superbowl contender. Kaliko's defense has so far been a dissapointment as they are filled with talent but haven't been on the same level as this Niner offense led by Jimmy G and Leveon Bell in the backfield with speedster Tyreke Hill preventing teams from stacking the box on Bell. If Coach Kaliko can get his defense to match the offense the 49ers have a good as shot as anybody to get Kaliko his covented second Superbowl. With the owner spending big money in the offseason for players (allegedly under on the table) the pressure is on for the 49ers to produce. Coach Vin took a step back this season after having a dominant season last year but was upset by Dino and the Packers. With a great team still on the roster and high picks coming up look for the Rams to have a bounce back year next season. Can't underestimate the mental toll being upset can have on a team especially when you lose on a pick six.

(5-4)       @           (5-5)

Preview: Rivalry Game!!!!! This game would usually be a game we are saying is for the division lead but with the Saints undefeated this game has been reduced to a game just to stay alive for the wildcard. The Falcons have returned back to form as of late after a dreadful start to the season. The Panthers however have been up and down all season not being able to string wins together. Both these teams would need a lot to bounce their way but they got to win this game for them to even have that chance.

Preview: Rivalry Game!!!! Coach Dino has picked up right where he left off last season when he got to the NFC Championship game and lost to the enventual championship Seahawks. Coach Dino has put to rest the doubts that he is a legit contender and that it was just had a fluke run last season. Coach MrT did not take the step he was looking for this season but still has plenty of talent on the team too try again next season.

Preview: Rivalry Game!!!! Coach Hunter has seemed to of found his rythm after being the best REGULAR SEASON coach last season. The caps on regular season is not a typo as Coach Hunter wasn't able to get it done in the playoffs time after time. Most memorably missing a wide open wr to win by hitting the wrong button. You could say nerves got to him but coach Hunter swears he has found the soloution and thats a bag of Cali Kush. Steelers star Bell was suprsingly traded and now is smoking Cali Kush with Coack Kaliko. Coach Wahoo might want to try this strategy because he has also choked on the biggest stage multiple times in dramatic fashion. Wahoo has taken on the villian role at times but he doesn't care as he continues to win. Only a matter of time before he breaks through and wins it all. I can see Coach Hunter pulling an upset here.

(This league does not encourage smoking for the younger coaches)

Preview: Rivalry Game!!! Probably the most underachieving coach this madden so far, coach Bockus just hasn't been able to figure it out. Rumor has it that Coach Bockus has been selling players under the table but there is nothing concrete to confirm that story. Coach Bockus and the Chiefs were expected to be a strong superbowl contender but just hasn't panned out. Coach Zack has been looking like one of the best teams all year. Attacking the opposing the qbs with a deadly blitz, the Raiders lead league in sacks and interceptions. Even tough the Raiders had an uncharateristic loss last week against the Texans I expect Zack and the Raiders to bounce back here. Rumors are starting to spread that Coach Bockus is stepping down after this madden. I can speak for the rest of the league when I say, we don't want that to happen.

Preview: Rivalry Game!!!! The Bears squeaked out a win last week against Coach Moon and tough Skins and look to keep rolling as the Bears and Packers are neck and neck. Coach JD hasn't backed up his prediction that he will go undefeated but still in a good spot none the less. The Lions and Coach Hitskah aren't where they wanted to be when they made the blockbuster deal for star runningback David Johnson. Coach Hitskah is going to have go back to lab and figure out an offense to utilize their star.

Preview: Rivalry Game!!!!!! The Cowboys are back and rolling this year. Even though the Cowboys are not at the top in any specific category, they win games playing smart football and capitalizing on other teams mistakes as they are second in turnover diifferental. Then we have the opposite with coach Melblaze, who according to conspiracist might be Moon's 7 year old daughter, and one of the most dissapointing teams in nfasl's history, the Eagles. Up until last year that would of applied in the NFASL and the NFL, but with the momentum of rapper Meek Mills wrongful imprisonment the Eagles captured their 1st superbowl. Now expectations are higher for coach Melblaze who makes Marvin Lewis look like Bill Belichek. If it was a race between the next Hailey's commet (predicted to happen in 2061) Bockus getting into the sweet honey pot (also predicted to happen in 2061), and melblaze making the playoffs the Comet has a sure win with Bockus finishing in second. Safe to say Eagles don't seem to be going anywhere under this coaching staff.

Preview: Rivalry Game!!!!! Coach Jerms switched to the Chargers this season and it seemed to have paid off as he made a step foward this year. The Chargers are in the hunt for the wildcard playoff spot and should be able to keep rolling against the 1-9 Broncos. Look for the Chargers to go on a run, and be a real threat next season. The Broncos are looking to plug new draft pieces into some holes on offense and try to compete in the 3rd and 4th season.
