Rivalry Renewed!
East Rutherford, NJ.In the NFASL Game of the Week 4 the Dallas Cowboys flexed their muscles and defeated the New York Giants 21-18. The New York Giants have had their way with the NFC East over the past three seasons, however after back to back losses to both the Washington Redskins, and now the Dallas Cowboys the Giants are wondering if their time has passed them by. The Giants mortgaged the future leaving themselves in a precarious situation this season having to releases close to 20 players to get under the salary cap, and be able to sign their own players. The bill is now due, and at 2-2 the Giants will have their work cut out for them.
The Dallas Cowboys on the other hand are 3-1, and are looking to make amends for last season in which saw them go 0-16. An obvious ploy to land the #1 Draft pick in the draft which they used to acquire Veteran Talent. Only time will tell if the gamble paid off as this is a Banner Season, season 25 of the NFASL.
The New York Giants are once again left wondering and will look to get back on track against Melblaze, and the Philadelphia Eagles. The Dallas Cowboys are in sole possession of first place in the NFC East and will go into their off week on a high note. They will take on the Cincinatti Bengals in Week 6. Until Next time this has been a Sim Athletics Network Production.
